For a crispier crust, preheat the foil sheets on the grill for a minute or two before placing the pizza on them. Experiment with different cheeses such as provolone, fontina, or a blend of Italian cheeses. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat. If you don't have fresh basil, dried basil can be used, but use half the amount as the flavor is more concentrated.
